 The Most Beautiful Sight

In my opinion, one of the most beautiful sights in the world is getting to watch horses run and play in a field. They move so majestically as they let their souls run free; not really caring about what people think of them. Not only are they beautiful animals, but in a way, I  believe that they represent our authentic selves.

What Do Horses Symbolize?

 For some people, horses may just seem like a pet, but for others, they are more than that.  They are a friend that can send us messages in their way that can tell us a lot about ourselves. When I look at a horse  I can tell you that they represent freedom, courage, determination, and loyalty just by looking at their facial expressions and how they act. To get more on what a horse represents, I went online and found that horses also represents power, balance, and wisdom.

My Experience With Horses

 Horses have always been a friend to me. When I was younger I did horse therapy; which helps people in many different ways depending on what they need at the time. For me, it helped me with my strength, balance, and at the time I was also in physical therapy to help work the muscles in my left hand, so I did a lot of play exercises on the horse to work my muscles more outside of my weekly physical therapy visit. During the time I was in horse therapy  I enjoyed it so much. Not only did I do fun activities on the horse, but I also created a relationship with Star, the horse I did my therapy on at the time. 

How Horses Relate To Our Lives?

 Deep down we have the capability to let our inner horse run wild. It all depends on whether we make the decision to live an authentic lifestyle or not. Horses don't walk around trying to be something they are not;  they embrace who they are and don't let anyone or anything get there way. That is how it should be within our life. We should be true to ourselves; no matter what other people think.

 Challenge For You

I want you to try to live an authentic lifestyle for a whole day.  Be true to yourself, don't let anyone or anything get in your way of doing what you love, and share this with anyone you feel can benefit from it.
